Janna Brooke Wallack’s debut novel | Episode 1

We’re thrilled to present the very first episode of Literary Hudson Valley! And what better first guest than our friend Janna Brooke Wallack, talking about her debut novel, Naked Girl, a bildungsroman in which protagonist Sienna navigates a most unconventional childhood. The novel is by turns hilarious and heartbreaking. It feels like home to those of us who turned just a little bit feral every summer of our 1980s childhoods, and might be described as Judy Blume meets Demon Copperhead.
